How To Create Blog

Blogger T.O.S. doesn’t mention anything about the max number of blogs that is allowed for a person to create with Blogger.
Does a limit exists?

I currently have a blog on blogspot but I want to use my own domain.
It says I need to create a CName in access enom. I just need it explained please in simple step by step guides.

I want to make links on the top or side that when you click on them they bring up all the articals in the blogs with that certain topic. How do I do that?

I just begin my internet venture quite recently and I’m not able to generate good decent idea on which topic to explore and generally not a techno guy which know how to create effective blog or forum cause I did some research that you could get fast traffic to your blog. I would be glad that anyone could give me idea or how I can exactly to kick-start in any other way or site that you can recommend. Thank and appreciate on your comment.

I don’t know how to get it back! Whenever I upload images, all the pictures would be in one folder. That was before I acccidetally deleted it. Now every single image has its own album!

Please help!
