How To Create Blog

i do bridal henna and would like to make a blog after having bad a experience with having my own website. all i wanted to do was put up photos of my work , and write a bit about myself.

I have been talking to several people that have some business knowledge. I have a startup online business selling bridal gowns and accessories wholesale to the public, and someone said I should create a blog. What????

I have never in my life even seen a blog, and I have no idea what it entails, other than it’s kind of like an online diary. What the heck do I do???
