You want to nab a person for blogging, I would guess this is because they have said something that offends you, first thing is TOUGH, second thing is if the person blogging is being offensive, they have probably registered with all fake info in the blog site, if any at all, and the ip does not matter because if they are like most of us they have a dynamic IP and can just reset it by turning off their DSL modem for a few minutes before or after they blog or both.
If you are offended by something this blogger has said, then good, welcome to america, You have allot of rights here, but the right to not be offended by others is not one of them.
nopes, thats not possible, there is no software nor any feature available in not only blogger.com but even other social networking sites where u can detect peoples IP, and even if u detect it, it will be a fake IP, because usually bloggerss like to hide their ip
